スキトラとは (skill transfer)
スキルトランスファーの略。担当者から別の担当者へ業務を引継ぐ際に、やり方・方法を教えること。

遊軍/游軍 (ゆうぐん)
(1)待機していて、時機を見計らって出動し、味方を助ける部隊。遊撃隊。

(2)特定の、所属や任務が決められていないで、忙しい仕事やむずかしい仕事を援助する人たち。

裏方 (うらかた)
表立たないで、実質的な仕事をする人。
